My eyoyo barcode scanner had a problem and I couldn't scan for days. So I decided to contact Eyoyo's customer service. But to my greatest surprise, they immediately got back to me via WhatsApp with directives on how my issue will be addressed. They asked me to do a video capturing the issue and send to them alongside the invoice of the scanner which I did. Guess what, a few days later, they got back to me and the issue couldn't be fixed. Long story short, they sent me a replacement of my broken scanner. They didn't send one but TWO Scanners. I sincerely recommend Eyoyo to anyone who wants to buy the scanner.
