Would suggest one thing. Not sure if the seller can do this, not sure what machine is used for the embroidery. However I have smaller dogs and have to adjust the collar for size. (I ordered based on my dog's neck sized so I purchased correct one) I would suggest if possible starting the embroidery as close to the non adjustable side as possible. After I was through adjusting for my dog's neck the plastic adjusting bracket covered part of the phone number. No big issue, I guess more cosmetic than anything. Embroidery wasn't quite centered on collar. It really didn't bother me much though. Got the purple collar with white white lettering, very pretty. All that for about the same price for a plain nylon collar from petsmart.
