I often take more than what's recommended on the bottle, but I am doing so under doctor's orders. Upon receipt I discovered that it has: Hypromellose (provides time release of drug, but I could not find any studies for side effects except ones listed for use in artificial tears and I can't take a chance on those side effects) and it has Micro Crystalline cellulose (refined wood pulp), and titanium dioxide (also in sunscreen and says inhalation should be avoided). It says non-GMO and most people I know who avoid GMO's wold lso avoid these ingredients for digestion purposes.
