**Q: How many uses does the deluxe kit provide? I wish to check my water unfiltered and filtered. Can I get at least these 2 uses from it?**
A: The H2O OK Plus Complete Water Analysis Kit contains 2 tests each for Total Chlorine, Total Hardness, Iron, pH Level, Total Alkalinity, Copper, Iron Bacteria, Nitrates, Nitrites, and Hydrogen Sulfide.  The kit also contains 1 test each for Lead, Total Coliform Bacteria, and Pesticides.

**Q: what is the method of testing for the hydrogen sulfide in the water sample?  I read that it was simply to smell your water....**
A: Laboratory tests for both iron bacteria and hydrogen sulfide can be expensive and are not DIY tests. The smell/observation tests included in the LabTech Plus kit that have the user both smell and observe the water samples are a true screening tests. Most people do not know what is causing the 'rotten egg' smell in their water supply. Although both Iron Bacteria and Hydrogen Sulfide can both cause the undesirable smell, the remediation is very different.

**Q: what makes water smell fishy?**
A: A fishy smell can be caused by naturally occurring organic material in the earth like Barium or Cadmium metals. Chloramine is a compound of chlorine and ammonia used to disinfect public water sources. Unfortunately, it can cause an unwanted fishy odor in your water.

**Q: Can this be used to test pool water?**
