If so how long?** A: This product dries quickly- we usually go with about 2-4 drops per ear if you or the kids come from the pool. I wouldn't say instantaneous as it depends on how many drops you use- the more you use, the slower it dries. But I would say within 1/2 to 1 minute. I'd make sure it gets down in the ear canal though. Lean the head over and let it stay in there a few seconds before straightening your head back up again. As someone who had a week long, highly painful, double (both ears) earache way back when from use of a swimming pool, this product is very highly recommended after leaving the pool or wherever and whenever you go in the water. I have not gone without it since the 70's!! **Q: Where is manufactured?** A: It says E. Fougera & CO. , A division of Fougera Pharmaceuticals Inc. , Melville, NY 11747.
