Me encanta! I have ordered recently this an amazing book , and so sooooo happy, thrilled , I have in my hands. I am reading and checking every sentences very carefully . I have heart for Terri Cole on YouTube,  started to check up more about this gorgeous woman and voila! I have decided to buy it and I am not regreting at all. Higly recomendación!!Trust me , you can find in this book every details what have stopped you from moving on, to success more , to reléase some emotions from the past .To be loving parents to yourself!I am giving 10 stars, if I could,  I would give 20🙂🤩

I’ve been slowly reading this book over the course of several months. It’s been eye-opening, and implementing its perspective has resulted in positive change and has empowered me to live more genuinely. I feel like this book accelerated lessons that I’ve been slowly learning in therapy for over half a decade. I’ve been more direct with friends, meaning less resentment on my part, and this book has helped me define my boundaries so much more clearly while starting to date again.So many reviews mentioned the simplistic, cheerleading writing style, but it was no problem and was positive and uplifting. Try to just connect with the material. Many of the most powerful and profound lessons are actually pretty simple.I feel better and more equipped for having read

I love Terry Cole’s wisdom on youtube, and found her very clear and helpful, but wasn’t sure whether to get the book as sometimes when celebrities release books it’s just a money maker for them or a repeat of what they say online.This book is not like that.  This book makes solid sense.  You can tell Terry wrote it to actually genuinely help people, as a recovering people pleaser herself, and it does.If you struggle with people taking advantage of you, or feel guilty for saying no, you need this book.It has the potential to change your life if you follow her advice.Thank you Terry, awesome work! :)
