One of three books you need to rebuild your Norton Commando (Parts book; Factory manual). This is by far the best manual of how to tear down, inspect, and rebuild, with upgrades described in length. Plenty of room for notes in the margins as well, and the hard cover takes abuse well. TIP: Amazon sells a 4-ring clear binder you will need when the factory Parts book's binding immediately falls apart. You can fit both the Factory manual and this book into the remaining space in the binder.
