He can hang it out when he needs to, and knows to take it off when he's done. The colors match his room scheme, and the *In Session* wording gives us the giggles when we pass by the closed door. Bought this to hang on my door in a public office space while I took an exam. I don't think that anyone would have interrupted me anyway, but this assured that I was able to take my exam uninterrupted. It's clear to read and see and doesn't come across as rude or aggressive like some other signs can (why they use that kind of verbiage is beyond me). I'm keeping it since it can work for other situations- worth it!
