It has a warm liner, but the shirt is thin enough. It keeps me warm when running in 50 degree weather. **Q: Is there any real compression in the arms? If you don't know, don't answer** A: The shirt is snug but it is not exactly compressing anything. I have compression socks and the feeling is not the same. That said, these are great shirts for winter running and I 100% recommend them if you want to stay warm. (If you live in a colder climate than DC, this should be your inner layer with a jacket over it.) **Q: Are you getting more of these in in the large or extra large?** A: This question is for the Seller or Manufacturer, which i am Neither of. **Q: Is this true to size?** A: yes - I'm a size 6 in regular clothes and wear a M in this. It is designed to fit snugly. I am tall, so I love that the sleeves and torso are long enough.
