They reached out quickly, offered support straight away, and sent a replacement with no hassle at all. The replacement clock is working brilliantly and is keeping time perfectly. I’m really impressed with both the product and the seller’s communication, and I couldn’t fault how the issue was handled. Highly recommend!

**Q: Is this clock good for children with dyslexia?**
A: Hi, yes our clock has been carefully designed to be a useful visual learning tool. Having the clock in your home/classroom will enable children with dyslexia to gradually learn the concepts of analogue time through real-life context each day.  
The clear information on the clock face provides helpful guidance for children as they learn to tell time. Also, to avoid any confusion with the clock hands, these are labelled and are just the right length to point at the numbers they relate to.
We would recommend that you download our free e-book which has some fun games and tips for teaching time in stages which we hope you will find helpful :)

**Q: Are the hands covered by a glass or perspex front?**

**Q: What is the back of the clock like, is it flat or recessed, as I need to use command strips to stick to the wall.**

This clock looks fantastic and is a great tool for helping children learn how to tell the time. The design is clear, colourful, and very easy for kids to understand — exactly what I was looking for. I did initially have an issue with the first clock not keeping time, even after changing the battery. However, the seller’s customer service was absolutely excellent. They reached out quickly, offered support straight away, and sent a replacement with no hassle at all. The replacement clock is working brilliantly and is keeping time perfectly. I’m really impressed with both the product and the seller’s communication, and I couldn’t fault how the issue was handled. Highly recommend!
