Had a different solution for canopy lights, and used these to line the edges. Not as bright as expected, but functional. Easy to install, multi-pattern color, nice accent strings. Much smaller in diameter than expected, but this turned out to be a good thing, as I had wiring fasteners which worked well with them. Mounting the solar panel/controls were challenging, as they are apparently only intended to be mounted on the included stakes, and the controls are on the panels. Used conduit mounts, which worked well, but accessing the controls on one unit is less than convenient, a remote would have been a nice addition.
