You can perform simple exercises to get the best results! Not only that, but you can get proportionate muscles at either your gym or at home. The fitness padded ankle wraps for the cable machine will allow you to perform a fulfilling workout with a bunch of different exercise routines. Improve your workouts and stay fit using the ankle straps. You don't have to worry about hurting your ankles due to all the pulling and the ankle straps having a 8mm thick padding! Stainless steel D-rings are heavy-duty to ensure the weights are rightly attached. Double-stitched nylon ensures the product stays long-lasting and doesn't wear or tear with time and usage. Thick padding to protect your ankles and stabilize them to perform an exercise. Improved fastening system ensures the ankle straps stay in their place during intense workouts. Gym straps are for both men and women. HERE ARE A FEW EXERCISES THAT YOU CAN DO Standing Cable Extension Find a free cable machine with an adjustable pulley/height option Set the cable pulley/lever halfway up the cable machine Find an upright bench or something that will help you stabilize yourself (to prevent overexertion) Place it about two feet away from the machine (or close to your stance position) Attach the ankle strap to one of your legs (pick your favorite) Walk to the starting position, facing the opposite way from the cable machine Get into the starting position which is to have your feet together Bend the leg that’s attached to the cable behind you, creating a 90-degree bend at the knee Return your leg to starting position while contracting your quads and VMO. Try not to allow your foot to touch the ground as you perform the move Cable Hip Abductors Adjust the cable pulley by moving it to the lowest height available Attach the carabiner cable to your ankle strap and attach straps to one of your ankles Your shoulder should face the machine while the outside leg is weighted Starting position is to have your feet together while holding the cable machine to stabilize yourself Keeping your weighted leg straight, lift out to the side until you reach 45-degrees Perform all repetitions slowly and on one leg first, then switch to the other leg and repeat (suggestion: 20 repetitions per leg for 4 sets) Cable Crunches Lie supine on the ground with your feet facing the pulley - attach ankle gym straps to each ankle. Draw upper body up off the ground (don't strain your neck!), pull knees in toward your chest in a crunch. Slowly release, resisting the pull of the cable. Repeat.
