The quality of the product is very good and we have not faced any major issue till date. The fingerprint enrollment slot is very responsive and works perfectly well. However, the face recognition system for attendance may have some glitches, and at times fails to recognise faces and misses attendance. It needs improvement for accurate recognition of faces . We haven't used the card recognition system yet and so can't comment on this. As far as the data monitoring is concerned, one may remotely keep a track of the employee attendance from anywhere using the cloud based app on phone or computer. However, one needs to pay for the cloud based attendance tracking facility after one year of free service. At the same time, one may also connect the device with a computer/ laptop through a lan cable for obtaining/printing daily/monthly attendance details and for this timeoffice' s desktop app is required to be installed on computer. But the app is not very user friendly and is very cumbersome to connect with the device.
