Kept two large bowls of salad and a huge round serving dish of fruit (the kind you buy pre-sliced and divided from Cub Foods) cool for four hours in one, and a couple of huge round trays of meats/cheeses and condiments in the other, both filled with ice. They were pretty much swimming by the end of three hours so you might want to keep that in mind if you’re planning on keeping open trays of food (my bad - kind of a mess there) but for food in containers kept above the reach of melting ice, these serving trays were really great!
