Voraussetzung ist die Verwendung mit viel Wasser. Kupfer ist ein Weichmaterial und nicht so hart wie Glas, somit bei Ceranfeld ideal für eingebranntes zu Entfernen. Ideal auch für Eisenwoks und alle nicht-beschichteten Oberflächen (nicht für Teflon!). Eisen-Woks rosten auch schnell und der Rost geht damit schnell ab. Aber wer kennt das nicht..eingebrannte Nudeln im Edelstahltopf....eingebrannter Zucker vom Karamellisieren.... Mittlerweile verwende ich sogar ein Kupferschwamm zum Rost am Grill zu entfernen. In der Waschmaschine mit einem "Beutelchen" bei 60°C waschbar.
