That is not the item I received.  What was sent was made of rubber and not even remotely close to the pictured item.  I was moving that week and had no time to address it, so I gave this comment and let it go.  So, clearly I am dissatisfied since I paid for something I had no need for.  Substitutions should not be assumed to be ok without some acknowledgement at least.  This has never happened with any other purchase on Amazon.
