And yes, the tingling and numbness are gone. It did not go away overnight; it took a few months to completely resolve. (I would have had to have the B12 injections if this didn't work.) I did not have any other treatment. I did try other brands of B12 lozenges, but these are the ones that made my tingling and numbness go away.
