The alcohol improves wetting on plastic, so you end up with better coverage with less solution. It will also improve the dry time since alcohol evaporates quicker than water. **Q: does this work on vinyl floors** A: Yes, but it might be sticky on vinyl. For a "Ready to Use" product on vinyl floors, use the General Purpose Staticide.
