The only issue I do have is sometimes I select a light switch to turn on and a different light will turn on. For example, say I select the "Kitchen" light to turn on, but instead the "Bathroom" light will turn on. This item comes with two switches that could be used independently which is extremely convenient because I wanted to install one to replace a current three way setup in a hallway and wanted to use the other one in a bedroom. I only had to buy this item because it serves both purposes and comes with two switches. The switches come with accessories needed to install the, such as instructions, screws and wing nuts. The instructions explain the different setups and were very easy to follow. The back side of the switch has all the wires labelled. After removing the old switch I it was extremely easy to install the new one since I already had a neutral in the junction box. After installation and turning in the electricity, I was able to turn on the light manually before even setting up the switch with the app. The switch displayed a red circle at first so I pressed the switch for about 8 seconds and it started blinking fast. I then logged in to the app and chose the add button and selected dimmer switch. I connected the tablet to 2.4 GHz WiFi and put my tablet close to the switch. It took the app about 30 seconds to detect the switch and set it up automatically. I the changed the name of the switch and was able to use it with google assistant since I already has the smart life app linked to google assistant. And that’s it, setup couldn’t be any easier. I highly recommend this switch.
