This kitchy, fun Za Dee Da exclusive statement piece embodies the spirit of those pioneering scientists who broke all boundries of what is accepted. A 2" round antique textured brass ring has 7 animals surrounding the ring of life a leopard, giraffe, bird, scarab, frog, dragonfly and turtle, Centered in the middle is a vintage swiss mens watch movement representing the evolution in time. Atop the watch movement is a 7mm czech glass fire cabochon representing the sun as the giver of life . Attached to the top of the large circle is a double spiral life antique brass dappled amorphic topper. The 18" chain has 2 squiggle connectors on each side to demonstrate that path to discovery and science is never in a straight line. Down the back runs a 4" extender chain with the key to understanding the origins of mankind. Arrives beautifully packaged in red box with white velvet interior ready for gifting.
