However return process was super easy and convenient they came in the following day since they send you a replacement before you even return them. Then I was able to drop them off at kohl’s when it was convenient for myself and received a 25% coupon to kholes. I used the skates right away and found them to be very comfortable and sturdy. I didn’t like that the inside sole moves around bc the skates are resizable they made the sole for the smaller sizes. I love how they came with replacements wheels and that the wheels light up!! I don’t care that I’m an adult that’s awesome!! Only the front and back wheels flash. She skated the full 2 hours.The skates come with an extra wheel, the associated attachments, tool, and bag.
