A: I search this and I can't find any 1/2 gallon containers of this hot sauce. Any ideas?

A: Gluten is never free. Rome was built on wheat (pasta) with gluten.

A: No, unfortunately the Cholula company does not provide a pump. We suggest using a ketchup style squeeze bottle.

I bought this because it was on the tables of my favorite Mexican restaurants (a pretty good endorsement) and really liked it. It’s got a really nice blend of flavor without too much heat, which makes it great to use on things like sandwiches and in soups as I do every day to jazz them up a bit. On a per ounce basis this can be a bit pricey in the stores, but in this bulk box its actually much cheaper, and I find using the packets to be very convenient because one packet turns out to be just about perfect for how I use it. Win win! There are other specialty brands out there that can be a bit better, but they’re much more expensive so using as much as I do per day would add up, and this is plenty good enough for my daily uses.
