This is my go-to product especially as my little ones age and experience challenges. The extremely low entry allows for larger and smaller kitties to maintain their dignity and use a box, even as arthritis makes it harder for them to move around. Normal size boxes have entries that are just too high for the aging to get a step over, resulting in messes the kitties don’t want to be causing. Both my aged main coon, Ozzy and a little lynx point tabby Sugar, experienced these challenges but used this product where no others were a good fit. The wide width and length of the boxes allow for the larger kitties to move freely and have room to scrape and turn. The low height can be a challenge when they can’t squat or angle appropriately, like my tuxedo kitties Romeo and Buttercup. But a little wee wee pad on the wall beside the box solves that problem, while allowing the kitties with mobility issues to be excellent at Catting and scratch up a storm after doing their business. The boxes clean easily, and retain their coating through multiple washes.
