I see calcium in the ingredient already. Is that enough?** A: You should use both. I dust with calcium and keep a small dish of 50% multivitamin and 50% calcium. Add a little pollen to add some extra micronutrients that most supplements don't have enough or any of. I run UV so I don't need the D3. **Q: How do I know if I need the one with D3 or without?** A: Outdoors reptiles will get enough high-quality D3 from the sun. Indoors, even with a good light source, don't get the same quality of D3.
