I took electrical tape and cut it into thin strips and where the PCB slides into the case I put a two strips on the top and one on the bottom and it doesn't rattle anymore. I use it for a week and if it works I'll update and post pictures. If it doesn't it is getting one star and being sent back.UPDATE: So I switched out the cable and that solved the problem. I actually used it with the cable before my mod, when it was disconnecting then modded it then used it with a higher quality cable, so I don't know if it was the cable or the mod. I like the mod I did, it just doesn't rattle anymore. I'm getting another one in a few weeks and doing the exact same thing I did here and I'll try it with out the mod.If nothing else THROW AWAY THE GARBAGE CABLE IT COMES WITH!!!! Looking at it now I notice how thin and cheaply it was made. It is great it is so short but yeah, quality is terrible. The people who make this shouldn't even include a cable, who doesn't have a USB 3 cable now-a-days? ### ⭐ Inoperable After One Day of Use! *by D***H on December 1, 2016* Initially this DEGOL M.2 drive enclosure worked and thankfully it worked long enough to clone my system to a new SSD. However, the very next day it was inoperable because it constantly mounts and unmounts--rendering it completely useless. I have reformatted the drive in both Windows 10 and Linux. When I insert it into Linux it causes the system to freeze up where Windows 10 will rapidly cycle between mounts and unmounts. I would not recommend this product which is unfortunate because the build quality is really good.Update 12/2/2016:DEGOL has contacted me, within 24 hours, about my problems with this device. I will update with whatever action they take to solve this problem. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent - works as advertised. Good build quality. Great for Cloning M.2 NGFF SSDs. *by T***E on October 1, 2016* Works as advertised out of the box. Used this to clone my 128GB SSD to a larger 512GB SSD, both M.2 'NGFF' form factor, both Transcend. Tried ZTC brand but DEGOL is far and away a better product - better built, and easier to insert and remove SSD module.HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT.Unrelated to this product but as useful information for potential buyers - can't say enough good on Acronis TrueImage software which is what I used to do the cloning. Acronis has worked every time for me without fail. Connected new SSD to USB port on machine with drive to be cloned using this adapter, launched Acronis, selected USB SSD as 'Target' or 'Destination' for cloning. For my 128GB SSD the whole operation took less than 15 minutes on an i5 machine! The speed surprised me and I had to double check to make sure Acronis indeed completed the cloning process.
