I have lower and upper back pain and my husband has a ruptured disk and arthritis in his shoulder. The person that recommended this said most people can tell a difference within 7 days. We could both tell a difference within 2 days. Before I started taking these, it would take me a good hour or longer after getting up in the morning to get mobile enough to move around. Just getting coffee was too much walking. Now I get up with much less pain and am pretty mobile within about 15 minutes. I almost feel normal.
