As far as 2.0 I don't know for sure . It does use a USB 3 port. My guess is yes, but it's up to your technical knowledge for you to decide. **Q: Can I use it to get it to get internet from a sim card? Call someone from your sim card** A: No you can not. It's for sd card only. You can install OS on them and make it bookable but it's not for sim cards **Q: Will this product work with Samsung Android ?** A: Does it have a USB port?
