My gripe is with Amazon and their shoddy presentation of a product of this value. The grill was ordered as a Christmas gift and so it's presentation was important to me.It was enclosed in the manufacturers original box. The lid was completely unsecured - not even a piece of sticky tape. The box was plastered with numerous unremovable labels one of which (an Amazon delivery address label had been partly ripped off, seriously defacing the product box. To me it looks like it had previously been sent to someone else and returned. The box was also badly scuffed.In all it looked second hand.
