It is age appropriate for younger or older children. **Q: what is the measure on each measuring cup? (I can see the 1/8 cup in the picture, wondering what the others are).** A: The measuring cup sizes are 1 cup, 3/4, 1/2, 1/3, 1/4 and 1/8. **Q: What kind of recipes are included?** A: It says there's one on the box which I can't remember reading.
