They were great - I wore out two of them. I thought I would never find anything like it, but then I saw this. It is not exactly the same because the Sunny Health & Fitness Row-n-Ride provides more resistance than just your own weight. However, it is a wonderful machine. It will take me some time to build up that core strength again. It works a lot of different muscles at once. I am really glad I purchased this. I took the chance of buying open box. You have to look closely to see the one small dent. I did not notice it at first and it has absolutely no impact on the operation of the equipment. It was a slight challenge to put together, but not prohibitive. It is quiet.
