A canned 'whole' traditional haggis in a synthetic skin. Made with the finest Scottish ingredients. Canned for your convenience with a long shelf life and no need for refrigeration while unopened. Ingredients Lamb Offal, Beef Suet, OATMEAL, Onions, Water, Salt, Pepper Directions Hob: Remove from can. Place in a pan of hot water. Simmer for 35 minutes. DO NOT BOIL. Microwave: (800 watts) Remove from can and remove skin. Break up the haggis and place in a microwaveable dish. Cover and heat for approx 4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Oven: Remove from can. Wrap haggis in foil and heat in oven for 30 minutes at Gas Mark 4 or 180 degrees C. Heating may cause pressure to build up beneath the skin. CARE MUST BE TAKEN WHEN PIERCING SKIN OF THE HAGGIS.
