Other than that, in decent shape. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Good bed for a larger dog to curl up in and rest his head. *by T***D on Reviewed in the United States on November 22, 2015* We have a 65 lb. 12 year old golden retriever with significant arthritis in his hips and joints. The bed is the right size for a larger dog. We removed his old bed, and he took to this new one right away. He definitely likes the sides of the bed to rest his head. The fill in the side panels has held up very well, but the fill on the floor of the bed has not held up as well. As a pet owner, I do not feel it is as firm as his old bed, which is important to me due to his arthritis. We reintroduced his old bed after several days and he splits his time between the two, so he must feel comfortable in this new bed, even though I feel it is not as supportive. The cream-colored lambs wool on the inside already shows the dirt after only a couple weeks and is dingy looking. I have not tried washing it yet, but it does not have a removable cover which may be problematic. After washing, I hope the sides will retain the same level of firmness and stability as that is our dog's favorite feature. I have ordered and purchased many dog beds and never had this problem. I have smelled them and do not detect any strange odor. Needless to say I won't be ordering this bed again. I actually ordered 2 this one and a smaller one and my dogs will not go near them. I would appreciate anyone with this problem to respond on the review page.
