I did that in the past and ended up losing my hair. In addition, the texturizing effect works best on natural hair. **Q: Can this be used on color-treated hair?** A: yes **Q: How many applications are included?** A: Two MINI jars!! DO NOT BUY **Q: What are the ingredients? It’s hard to believe it’s Lye free if it’s a texturizer but I’m open to being wrong.** A: I don’t believe any are Lye-free, but google the ingredients.
