Looks nice and still working well after 8 months in a wet environment. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Professional customer service *by A***N on Reviewed in the United States on 19 July 2023* I was having trouble getting the sensors to work, I contacted Shelley at customer service and she walked me through the process, firstly she checked my wiring to make sure that it was correct, once that was correct she advised me to make sure that the sensors were properly aligned, ( this was where my issue was) I used a measuring tape and a line level to get the proper height of the transmitter and finally I got the β€œoff” light to go off!!! I secured the transmitter to that exact location and checked the sensor by opening the gate and then closing it and they worked perfectly!!! I have to say that I was in constant communication with Shelley at TOPENS on 5 separate occasions and she was very helpful and professional and she knows her stuff, I’ll recommend TOPENS 100%!!!
