Review: Sizing is off - I’ve used versa grips before and have been a fan. I measured my wrist, which measured smaller than the XS size recommendations. Received my grips and they were SO tight and uncomfortable. I didn’t even bother taking them to the gym because I could barely get the Velcro to latch. I’m sure a small would have fit better but I already waited 2 weeks for them to ship.

I’ve used versa grips before and have been a fan. I measured my wrist, which measured smaller than the XS size recommendations. Received my grips and they were SO tight and uncomfortable. I have small wrists so got XS, but would actually recommend to get S as the only difference seems the length of the band. With XS size the band for closing is a bit short, so it’s slightly more difficult to get them around your wrist (my friend bought S after I told her and we compared both products). Otherwise love them for the gym. They definitely improve grip strength as that’s the part I am struggling with most.
