It probably got mashed in the mail and the jar would not open. In less than 48 hours, I had a replacement package in my mailbox. That is great service!Now, about the product, root touch up. It's very, very good/ I used dark blonde / light brown and it covered my roots, which are white/gray. And the product does not look weird at all. The amount of product is ample; I'll probably never run out. You need very little to handle your temple areas and part. This product will save me a lot on hair color. Without this product, I would need to color my hair every three weeks. Whether you use a salon or color your own hair, that is a very nice savings of both money and effort.
