Review: Best floor cleaner ever! - Much better than even the Karcher steamer- it actually collects the dirty water from the grout lines on tiles and gives it a polish after it washes (I also have the Karcher polisher and it does a much better job than that too!) I have battled with a cream shiny tiled floor on most of the bottom floor of our house matched with kids and a golden retriever (what was I thinking when I chose that floor?) but at last I have honestly found the solution. Quick to fill, empty and easy peasy to use. Don't be put off by the small tank-once you have got the floor cleaned properly (I used a Karcher steamer to really get the cream grout lines sparkling to begin with) and it is all really clean, the maintenance each day is VERY fast and very few tanks. It keeps the tiles and grout clean and polished with zero hassle. Very good price considering it gives me the best help I have in the house!

**Q: Does that vacuum and mop dusts /hair? I want something to replace a mop and a bucket !**
A: This isn't a vacuum. What it does is mop the floor with clean water from a container (and detergent if you add it), then sucks up the excess water into a second container so that the floor dries quite quickly.  So yes an excellent replacement for a mop and bucket!

**Q: Can you clean carpets with this**
A: I’m afraid I am unable to answer your question as it did not arrive and I cancelled the order after two weeks. I don’t think it will do a good job as it’s made for hard floors. I have the Vax platinum for my carpets and it’s better than any hire one .

**Q: Water not dispensing**
A: Please ensure the handle has been pulled backwards and the floor cleaner is angled as desired then move the floor cleaner backwards and forwards 3-4 times whilst holding the trigger

**Q: Does this do vacuum and mop at the same time ?**
A: My wife says this is the best floor cleaner she has ever had! It does not have a mop. Water plus a cleaning agent is filled in one container. It is sprayed on the floor, brushed and retuned to another container. Excellent cleaner for hard floors, tiles, vinyl tiles and wood flooring.

I have owned this model for some years until the clean water tank broke, didn't realise I could get a replacement which I have now obtained, so have 2 same models. Kept them both as I am so pleased with the ease of use, and the cleanliness and dryness of the floor after use. Cannot fault the product and at 83yrs. old I suspect they will both "see me out"
