As shown in the images above, the frame wasn’t fully connected and one corner was completely loose. Another corner was mis-aligned. It also had three random holes punched through the face of the plasterboard which blew out the back. The locking mechanisms were also out of square. It seems more like poor quality control at manufacturing side as not sure how all this would happen if damaged in transit. All in all, really dissatisfied! The opening mechanism wasn't easily operational. Would be better to fit the plastic one.
