After checking it myself, I realized we received a "Mission Power Battery Base for Amazon Echo" rather than the "Mission Power USB Cable for Powering Roku".Have used the product myself before and is fine, but absolutely expect better service than this.EDIT:Got in touch with Amazon support, and was able to arrange a return for the product. That aside, the first cable I ordered works without a problem. I gave it 3 stars just because it's a great idea even though I can't use it. ### ⭐ Didn't Do What It Was Intended To Do *by A***R on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on October 23, 2016* It didn't work for me. When I initially received the Roku 3600r from Amazon I set it up using the USB charging cable that came with the unit. The installation and setup went without a hitch and the unit didn't balk at the power supplied by the TV's USB port through the Roku supplied cable. The reason I bought this cable was to eliminate the excess cord that was dangling below the bottom of the TV. When I installed this cable however, I got a message from the Roku that the USB port wasn't supplying the power necessary to run the unit and that I should connect it to an AC outlet. I removed this cable and replaced it with the original and everything is working well again.
