End is plastic. No instructions for fitting. Very fiddly to attach the thread under the tap and get it tight enough. Tap spins anyway. Splashes A LOT, spray doesn't go in a straight line. You need a lot of space under the sink for the extending hose, which is weighted to pull it back into place - it just gets stuck and hits anything stored under the sink.I doubt I will keep this tap for very long, assuming it lasts more than a few weeks in any case (I won't be holding my breath).
