It would take about 15 minutes or less to only remove the bed and wheels. you may be able to speed this up by replacing the nuts with wing nuts or using electric ratchet. About 6-8 bolts for bed then 4 pins to remove wheels. **Q: What is the overall outside width dimension? I need to be able to fit it through a 30" wide door opening. Easy to turn around. Yes it is expensive but after having problems with (green) metal wagons in which I got always flat tires I invested in this one and I’m glad I did. I loaded it with wood for winter, I moved around small rocks and I’m planning to use it for gardening. I would recommend it for 100 % .
