I turned the hoodie inside out, used a toothpick to apply a VERY small amount of the glue to either side of the hole and pressed together until it dried. The fix is almost invisible! It held up after a wash and dry on delicate too! It is washable. I used it to shorten/hem 2 pair of pajama pants instead of sewing them. The glue itself was on the thick side. At first it was difficult to get the glue to come out. I feel I might have been sent an older product. **Q: when it dries it it more like rubber, leather or canvas?** A: It is ever so slighty stiff, but worth it. It's not really rubbery, leathery or canvas. **Q: Would I be able to use this to add a patch to a stuffed animal's face?** A: Yes, the glue dries clear and is permanent. **Q: What does uncarded mean?** A: The tube of glue comes shrink wrapped in plastic.
