The item sent was only the first part, the filter. I had to buy the shower head. The filter is not at all working. I don't want anyone to think of buying the product. Review: I bought two of these filters one for each bathroom shower. One is about 9 months old, and the other 8 months. I checked the filter cartridge on the older filter at 6 months and it still looked good. I reversed it and reinstalled and saw no change in the water pressure.
