My husband said that the gripper has different settings to help with toning of your hands and forearms, it's simple and easy to use and adjust. It's a comfortable grip and he likes that it has a front and reversible grip as well. He likes it so 5 stars. As far as I go, I love the feel of the ring, it's not hard, it's soft and gives me a softer grip but still helps me build a little strength in my hands and forearms to do the daily activities that I need to get done on a daily basis.
