A: This item does not contain sugar there are other true lemon products that does contain evaporated cane juice those are the ones that make limeade or lemonade

**Q: why am i restricted to shipping to my normal address? the reason you provide is that the item exceeds the weight and or demention linits. are you peop**
A: If the item exceeds limitations in shipping as yours does, it is direct shipped to your home for security reasons as well as safety.  Extra large items are not shipped to say employers or other businesses due to liability.  And some businesses (like mine) do not like items delivered to their offices taking up room or cumbersome items limiting tg their space. Hope this helps.

**Q: Can this product be used to enhance lemon flavor in baked goods?**
A: I don't know the answer to that.  I have not used the true lemon in anything I've baked. I used it for my water, soda pop, and to enhance things I have already cooked. I don't know if it will change the chemistry of the product by baking with it. I'll have to try it.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Not just a water hack...

I love these True Lemon packets -- and the lime and orange ones, too! AT first, I bought them just to add to plain water, but I have advanced to many other uses. Here's what I like most: --Sugar-free/big flavor: no artificial sweeteners or weird ingredients (see photo), zero calories, but add a lot of flavor. --Convenient packaging, so I can carry a few around in my bag. --Versatile: I have added packets to plain water, seltzer (leave room for things to bubble up before settling), hot tea, iced tea, baked items, frostings, unsweetened/plain greek yogurt, soups, and more! --For cooking and baking, these add natural flavor without adding liquid, which is especially helpful for frostings, yogurt, finicky recipes. --I LOVE citrus and these make it easy and convenient for me to punch up flavors without using alcohol-based extracts (though I sometimes use them in tandem with extracts) and when I do not have fresh zest on hand or I don't want zest pieces in the finished product. --When I get bored with plain water, these help me drink more. --These jazz up plain club soda or seltzer with a more intense flavor than regular seltzers -- think Bubbly or Spindrift, but overall less expensive. A few things that could be better: --These dissolve fairly easily, but if you add to plain cold water, they need a few minutes to dissolve completely or a vigorous shake or stir. --Sometimes, such as when I am getting down to the end of a package of 100 packs, the crystals can get a bit clumpy; I just massage a package to make it more powdery again.
