I found this brand and liked that it is made in the USA. So, I decided to order it. When arrived it was wrapped in plastic with information about the pan. It is a very sturdy pan and appears to be made well. My first use was a success. I tried a new olive oil cake recipe, lightly greased the pan with olive oil and cake popped right out. In my experience with the pan, it tends to cook slightly faster, so make sure you watch the cake so it does not overcook. The pan cleans easily and looks exactly as it appears. Note the cake will have the lines from the bottom of the pan, however if covering with frosting you will not notice. But if without frosting - just something to be aware of.
