Review: ***RETRACTATION*** EXCELLENT AFTER-SALES SERVICE - In the month of April I bought some glasses which were broken, I wrote to them to ask about the warranty and they responded very kindly, they asked me for my shipping information to replace under warranty and I sent it to them and I never received a response again which made me have a bad perception of the service and I gave a bad opinion which was wrong and I apologize for that, but this was due to a system error which they showed me that this is what happened and is the reason why I retracted it, after returning to Talking to the company they gave me excellent service and not only did they replace my lenses but they gave me the option to change the color which I am very grateful and in love with my new lenses that look fabulous and feel of good quality. In my experience with MARE AZZURO I would rate it a 10+. Thank you for such good after-sales service

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ They can break fairly easily if you hug someone while you have them around your neck

I had these less than a month, and had them around my neck on a rope type setup. Someone gave me a light hug and they snapped. I was so bummed out. I thought i read something that they had a certain type of hinge to help it not break. Oh well. I guess thats not the glasses fault, operator error on my part. Now i remove my glasses when hug time comes. Lol. They were pretty clear and larger than other glasses i had purchased, which made it a bit easier to see things.
