Tablet performs beautifully but I need to emphasize that itwill not update and there is also an important point that the additional micro card has some drawbacks. You can save photos and or video only. The Android 5.1 Lollipop does not support file transfers of apps but there is sufficient space available on internal storage. The cameras are satisfactory a little blurry when using a video call but still OK for the price just hold tablet at least 12" away it is fine. Still photos and video is satisfactory as well at this price point! I compared this tablet to the Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 (of which I purchased for my girlfriend at significant savings but couldn't afford another one costing far more) but you really can't tell much of a difference in performance. I recommend downloading Google Now so it will look exactly like Android Marshmallow and doesn't effect speed of performance but the tablet will look and feel like an update to Marshmallow. So, in conclusion if you are on a budget and can't purchase a more expensive tablet get this one, In addition, you get the micro sd card, a case, AC charger adapter, a USB adapter dongle and earbuds to boot! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Quality tablet & customer service *by C***S on Reviewed in the United States on January 23, 2017* Over 3 months ago, I was in the market for an Android tablet..After a long search, and reading so many positive reviews on Amazon and even on You Tube, I chose this Pacific Tech professional 9.6 tablet. It had everything I wanted, including the ability to make phone calls, with the addition of a Sim card. The price was fantastic, the looks were great and it worked like a charm..I was elated , until..one day the tablet refused to power up and seemed dead to the world..At a loss, I contacted customer service, in the person of Mr. William Lee. He instructed me to try and reset the tablet and when this did not work, without a moment of hesitation, Mr.Lee asked me to send the tablet to a specified address and assured me I would be receiving a brand new tablet. And this is exactly what happened in a very short timeThese Pacific Tech tablets are fantastic..the quality is superior, the screen resolution is high end, I do not regret this purchase for a minute. I recommend anyone who is looking at this product, not to hesitate to go for it. Where would one get a tablet of such quality, at a moderate price, with excellent customer service to boot?
