These bands work great as I was tying a long band together to make a loop.These are perfect for a beginner or for someone that is doing rehab for an injury. The light & medium provide very minimal resistance and I doubt I will have a need for the light one in the future.After I am stronger and healed, I may need to purchase the gray/black combination.
