I did remove the latch and had to loosen up 1 of the main screws since it was too tight and I plan to add some lubricant oil soon. With those minor adjustments, I am pleased with the results. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is that I don't feel qualified to say it is 5 stars since I have nothing to compare to. Therefore, I cannot say that it is an "excellent" product.
